My first time going to IHI conference and had such a fantastic experience. So many great speakers, topics and engaging workshops. Everyone should go at least once cause if you go you will want to come back. Thank you the team at IHI for all the hard work you put into this event ~ so well organized!

I've been a fan....some might say "groupie" of IHI for 28+ years. I've attended all of the National Forums, completed the IA program (Wave 19), participated in dozens of webinars, and dozens of other IHI programs. The content they provide is the focus of my professional life and we do use some of it at home. The people who work at IHI and the professionals they attract to their programs are uniformly kind, generous with their knowledge, curious about all kinds of things, and passionately focused on making the world a healthier happier place.

IHI open school is easy to navigate through, its modules are well thought through, easy to do and covers a great deal on quality improvement. What you learn from the course will not only help you improve quality at an institution but at personal level too.

Our incoming residents and fellows are required to complete several IHI Open School Online Courses prior to entry into the graduate medical education program. With a myriad of other tasks to complete, these incoming housestaff often feel anxious. THANK YOU to the Customer Service and support from the IHI specialists who promptly responded to several of my inquiries and alleviated much anxiety from several housestaff. It is nice to see a system that provides prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer support. Well done!
