I scheduled an interview and received confirmation, but was ghosted and never heard back (this happened after rescheduling two times prior). I later received a generic rejection email without any explanation. The lack of communication was disappointing. I would have appreciated a timely update or follow-through, as clear communication is important when engaging with prospective employees and customers alike.

Heidi has streamlined my clinical documentation. Customer service is great. The AI assistance tool is accurate and helpful, and a staff member response is always offered as an option if preferred.

I have been using Heidi since before Heidi was popular and they have continued to grow their support and features. They are integrating with more and more EHRs and even without integration, it has saved me HOURS, DAYS even, of my life in charting. I never have to chart after work anymore. I recommend it to people across multiple specialties all the time. Get the free trial and I promise by the end of the first day you will be sold.

Amazing AI program! Cut my time doing notes by 90%. Was able to save my practice so much money by no longer needed a scribe (an entire FTE). Notes are much more accurate, unique and meaningful. I would recommend Heidi to everyone (I have). They have so many features coming down the pipe that will make Heidi even better.
