We had a very small, unorganized closets. Alison from Closets by Design patiently drew out a new plan for us to review. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor sold us on her company even though we had another estimate that was less expensive, but not as nice. Tony and Brandon did the install..they were incredible, also. We highly recommend Closets by Design and they are amazing!

We were recommended Closet by Design by our cousins. This company is very fast and their workers are very kind. The only downside is it’s very expensive for what it is… We loved our downstairs transformation and couldn’t be happier, but our main floor linen closet was lackluster for the pricing. We just wanted new shelves put in and it was $800+ and they don’t put any backing or paint anything… you’re expected to do that before they install. It’s better than what it was before, but they just put a closet insert inside our existing closet instead of building into our walls with shelves. We could’ve done that with Ikea closets built ins. So we probably wouldn’t use this company again for small things since we know how it’s done and the pricing isn’t worth it. Also the lady who helped us was not very responsive when wanting changes done to the shelves and when we had questions.

First I would start by saying my sales rep Emma was the nicest person! I felt bad times due to the fact that what I wanted wasn’t a typical design of there’s but she made phone call after phone call to ask the company every question I had and made sure I got what I wanted. What I loved is she never told me no, it was “let me find out”. Since what I wanted wasn’t a standard design for them, I was always skeptical of how it would turn out. When it came to the day of installation, my installer was great! Quiet, fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself and I love how he explained everything. Saying all this to say that I was amazed by the results! Turned out better than I thought it would! Not to mention the price was reasonable. Overall I’d give them a 10/10 and would recommend anyone to use them!
