It's election season again and as I look for a new mail provider I feel the need to warn others about this company. They did not stick to the mail plan they designed for me and forfeited two mail pieces because of their disregard to punctuality. They also sent the wrong piece one time... Imagine sending the wrong piece of mail to 3,000 people on behalf of a candidate. They "made it up to me" by creating some flimsy, last minute, generic Canva graphics I could post on Facebook. This firm was unbelievable. B minus graphic design, spelling errors, and untimeliness is their mantra. This business needs to clean their act up. I will not waste thousands of campaign dollars again!
