Serious concerns about this company! I don't usually to publish reviews online, but in this case I have to. I worked with this company for 6 months and was one of their bigger clients (marketing, ad campaign, web hosting etc). Their methods seemed outdated by I trusted them and gave them time to deliver. There provided zero results and they didn't know how to explain it or how to improve it. But that's not the worst part. After I canceled the work with them they still charged me for services and when I talked to Ken Okoneck, the founder, he promised to refund me. After few weeks of no follow through I talked to him again and he asked to pay me back in two payments. I agreed. He then disappeared and have stopped returning messages.
