As a small/independent center we were getting smoked doing the same thing as the big companies but with a fraction of the budget. Circle Social was the first agency to actually have a different strategy than "pour money on it and trust us". We brought them in and pretty soon we set a record for admissions in a month while lowering our spend. The 'hidden menu' benefit is the wealth of knowledge the CEO Nick and the team have and freely share. I've learned so much about the marketing, the industry at large, strategic growth, etc. while working with them. Being small, I was a little wary of working with a firm that works with large national orgs - would we just be an afterthought for them? But I confidently can say I've never felt less than their top priority. The team is dedicated and responsive and Nick is more than gracious with his time, answering emails and hopping on video calls even just to talk shop and shoot the breeze. I can't recommend Circle Social highly enough.
