My experience with WebFx has been absolutely horrible. I have worked with WebFx for the past three months and they have not been able to deliver anything. I completely understand that SEO takes time and we expect it to take months. However, the content we have recieved does not pass ai checkers like GPTZero (which WebFx uses), the pages they have been publishing (6 pages in 2 months) have no meta descriptions, SEO title, images have wrong alt text and titles, I have been in countless meetings and everything there is something new that goes wrong. It is like working backwards. Complete opposite of what we were promised during the sales call. There are a bunch of add-ons that small businesses do not need but the sales people essentialy force you to add them because that is "part of the package". You get charged an insane amount and only 50% of it may go towards actual SEO. And you will be stuck with a vague contract that you cannot get out of. Save your money, learn SEO on your own or hire someone in house.

I have worked with the team at WebFX for over 8 years, and have had consistently positive experiences with their people and service offerings. My company is in a very niche industry, and over the years WebFX has learned the nuances of our business and adjusted their recommendations accordingly. We really feel like their team is an extension of our internal marketing team, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We use them for internet marketing services (SEO) and paid social media management. They also built our website and help us manage it whenever there is something that we cannot tackle internally. We meet with them monthly to discuss our strategy and definitely would not be where we are today if it were not for their insight and expertise in internet marketing. They are experts in their field and I would recommend WebFX to anyone looking for digital marketing services.

Over the past 20 years I've worked with numerous web/digital agencies and have never had an experience like working with WebFX. I could list their numerous assets but the highest praise I can give is that I feel confident that they are working at the cutting edge, keeping us current, and on point in our digital marketing efforts. The people are incredible. The leadership that I've encountered outstanding. I cannot recommend this firm more highly.
