I started working on insurance credentialing processes with Capline a little over 2 months ago. I have had very consistent progress and contact with Stuart, my assigned member. We have worked together to get my credentialing process going for more than a few companies. He is very professional and kind. He has definitely went the extra mile to get this moving as quickly as possible. I am pleased with my decision to work with this group.

So far my experience with Paul has been great! Constant communication through my credentialing process. He works tirelessly to be prompt and efficient. Hopefully all of these get credentialed correctly and I see the results soon for this new practice I buy. He has been a pleasure to work with pending results.

I hired this credentialing company over 15 months ago to assist with insurance paneling and contracting, and I still do not have the results I hired them for. What has been consistent, however, is the nonstop follow-up calls asking how I’m liking their services. I repeatedly explained that my only complaint was the complete lack of progress, yet the calls continued over and over despite asking multiple times for them to stop. If there had been actual results attached to that level of communication, I would call them incredibly attentive. Without results, it started to feel excessive and borderline harassing. The most frustrating part was that one of the only “successes” they reported was getting me onto a Medicaid panel that I had already completed myself independently. Even worse, when they called to discuss it, they had no record of the actual task I originally hired them to complete — adding specific contract language to my county Medicaid agreement. After waiting months with no resolution, I ultimately completed the contract language modification myself roughly six months later. What finally pushed me to leave this review was being contacted after posting my original negative review and being asked to change it. Given how persistent the communication has been throughout this process, it genuinely made me wonder how many negative reviews disappear simply because clients get worn down by repeated follow-up requests. I normally try to avoid leaving harsh reviews, but after 15 months with virtually no meaningful results, I feel obligated to share my experience so other providers know what they may be signing up for.

Rylan Carter is very helpful and is always willing to go above and beyond. I would give 5 stars if it were just based on him but their system needs an update as we can never actually see what is going on. Everything always states 0.

Beware! I hired for credentialing and 7 months later, still having multiple pending applications. They are difficult to work with and continue to have multiple reasons on why applications are delayed (including blaming you and lying about calling you.) My dashboard keeps changing the follow up for 2 weeks but there is no change (I’m concern they are not following up with insurance companies). Hired to do upkeep CAQH, but I ended up having to add updated license to the CAQH because my point of contact at Capline “couldn’t get it to upload.” I gave permission to stop 1 insurance application and checked my dashboard, next day they had stopped the pending 7applications. I also got an invoice and asked 3 different times what the invoice was for (since we have had to pay for any application service prior to the starting) and no one responded to email or phone call. I then got an email to inform to “ignore the invoice” just for me to get the invoice with a late fee the next month. They still can not tell me what services this invoice is for. I would take your business elsewhere for credentialing services because they will take your mine and not follow through. I was just called from my contact at Capline asking for me to remove this review since it was “misunderstanding on each of our parts.” I did ask if anything was untrue, which she replied no. I will update this review once the services have been completed but again, I would beware of their 5 stars since they are contacting any bad reviews asking the to be removed. I will say that since writing the review this morning, my representative did reach out told me that on “their end” applications were still active even though my end showed the 7 applications stopped. They did send an email with each of those 7 applications on update on who the insurance rep was with 1 screen shot of an email proving they are making progress. Only 2 of the 7 actually had dates of when contact with the insurance representative had taken place. They did remove the late fee on the invoice.
