Do not process paperwork; repeatedly ask for the same documents that they later admit they already have. State in an email that processing takes 7-10 days, but on the phone, state 3-4 weeks. When you check on your application at the 1week mark, you are told it will take at least 2 more weeks. When you check at the 2 week mark, you are told it will take at least one more week. When you check at the 3 week mark, you given a new processing start date-a day after the 2 week mark. This means the day that you are calling, which should be the end of processing, but isn’t even the end of week one. When you ask why you are being given the run around, they state that maybe something is wrong with your application. How do you restart reprocessing when you never requested new information? Also, I am on the phone with you now yet you cannot find anything wrong with the application and you can’t give me any new information. You want to “call me back on Monday” (I’ve heard this before, and I ended up having to call them). You did not process the original application (which was received over 6 weeks ago), it was “the back room” (whatever that means). You will forward the issue to your supervisor and “put me on the top of the list.” (I’ve heard this one before, too). I did not pick this company to work with and I have no other options aside from reporting them here and to the Attorney General or abandoning the credentialing process all together.

Medversant have requested some information from us on 11/12/2019, we emailed the requested information to the email that was provided on the form on 11/16/19, - we received the 2nd request for the same document on 11/26/2019, I called on 12/2/19 and talked with a representative, when I asked her to introduce herself she said this is Val, I explained the situation to her, she check and said we have received it but they have not uploaded yet. - We received the 3rd request for the same document dated 12/9/19, this time we faxed the document to the fax number that was provided on the form on 12/12/19, - now we have received the 4th request dated 12/17/19, I called them today 12/19/19 around 1 pm, a lady answered the ph without introducing herself, I asked to introduce her self, she said Makayla, I asked for her office location, anyway she was located at the corporate office in Glendale, CA, She absolutely had no manners, I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said we have no supervisor on call! She said I am the only one who can help you, I said we have gone through this route before and still we are dealing with the same issue, I would like to speak with a supervisor or have them to call me and she refused! If I could rate this company below zero I would, the least I could rate them was 1 star that they don’t deserve. The best way to explain this company is: INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT! Use the Google Maps app we have gone through this route before and still we are dealing with the same issue, I would like to speak with a supervisor or have them to call me and she refused! If I could rate this company below zero I would, the least I could rate them was 1 star that they don’t deserve. The best way to explain this company is: INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT!
