What service modalities does McRory Pediatric Services offer?
McRory Pediatric Services offers in-home, clinic-based, school-based, community-based, and telehealth services.
McRory Pediatric Services, Inc. is a Southern California-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related pediatric services. Founded in 1998, the organization has grown to employ over 260 professionals dedicated to delivering evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The company operates multiple clinic locations in the Tarzana and Santa Clarita areas, with their primary headquarters at 19019 Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, California. Led by Executive Director Nikki McRory, MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, the practice maintains a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians committed to neurodiversity-affirming care that builds skills, confidence, and authentic communication rather than focusing solely on eliminating challenging behaviors. McRory Pediatric Services delivers ABA therapy across multiple settings to accommodate family needs and preferences. Services are provided in clinic-based settings, the child's home, schools, and community environments. The organization also offers structured parent training through 16-hour Parent Education Group (PEG) classes designed to equip families with practical, evidence-based strategies for supporting their children's development and skill acquisition. The organization serves children from birth through 18 years of age, covering the early intervention, preschool, school-age, and teen populations. Their transdisciplinary approach integrates behavioral, developmental, and speech-language expertise to provide comprehensive support for families navigating pediatric developmental therapy and behavioral intervention.
McRory Pediatric Services delivers individualized ABA therapy in the home, in a center, in schools, in the community and via telehealth, built around each child’s goals.

Madison and her team in the ocean room are the best! My daughter has progressed so much, she is constantly learning and has developed relationships with the teachers. It makes me happy to see her excited walking through those doors.
If i can give thid place a zero star i would. I had an incredibly terrible experience with this clinic. The communication here is abysmal. It feels like every time I reached out for support or answers, I was met with delays, confusion, and a complete lack of professionalism. Scheduling appointments was a nightmare, with constant cancellations or rescheduling on their part, leaving my child without the consistent therapy he needs. What’s even more concerning is the lack of coordination between the therapists and management. No one seems to be on the same page, and it impacts the quality of care. It’s heartbreaking to see a place that’s supposed to help children and families struggling with special needs operate in such a disorganized manner. After months of dealing with these issues, we made the decision to find services elsewhere. Honestly, it was the best choice we made. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who values consistent care and clear communication.
I feel compelled to share my experience with MCRory Clinic, as it has been profoundly disappointing and unacceptable. As a parent relying on their services for my child’s occupational therapy, I expected compassion and understanding—qualities that have been sorely lacking. Recently, despite providing valid doctor’s notes to justify my son’s absences due to illness, the clinic insisted on enforcing their rigid policies, resulting in the loss of critical therapy time for my child. It is incredibly disheartening to see a healthcare provider disregard the circumstances that families face, especially when we are doing our best to navigate our child’s needs. The options provided by LeeAnn, the OT manager, were particularly poor. The suggestion to drive to Valencia by 8 AM or Telehealth for my child’s fine motor skills is simply impractical and frustrating. Such limited options show a lack of understanding of our situation and the complexities involved in getting children the support they need. Policies should be adaptable to individual situations, especially in cases involving children’s health. It is unacceptable for the clinic to maintain a one-size-fits-all approach, especially when it affects a child’s development and access to necessary services. Additionally, LeeAnn’s lack of responsiveness and support during this challenging time only added to my frustration. I am not sure what has happened with this clinic, but I am surprised they are still in business given the level of service provided. I urge MCRory Clinic to reevaluate their policies and practices to better serve families in need. Until changes are made, I cannot recommend their services.
We always feel welcome and taken care of and any questions or concerns I have are always addressed! The level of care and patience and warmth that McRory provides is just the best! We always feel at home when we come for therapy. It always feels that they want my child to progress as much as I do and couldn’t imagine the last several years without them!
I love it! How caring and committed they are to helping my son and everyone always has a smile on their face. My son loves coming here he always has a smile on his face when we arrive and when it’s time for his appointment, he rushes back to the office to get his session started.
