Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers is one of the largest providers of autism therapy in the United States, founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the organization operates nearly 100 centers across Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. The organization delivers its proprietary Hopebridge 360 Care model—an interdisciplinary blend of applied behavior analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy. Services are provided in center-based, in-home, and school-based settings. The organization primarily serves children ages 15 months through 10 years, with a strong emphasis on early intensive behavioral intervention and early identification of autism spectrum disorder. In the past year, Hopebridge served more than 11,700 children and completed more than 14,000 evaluations. Care plans are developed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Family involvement is a cornerstone of Hopebridge's approach, with each plan including formal family guidance sessions and parent training to help families practice new skills at home. The organization holds a 2-Year Accreditation from the Behavioral Health Centers of Excellence (BHCOE) and is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Place is a JOKE. Extremely unprofessional, don’t even bother wasting you’re time trying to get help from these people and company.
Hopebridge conducted my child's psychological test and I have yet to obtain the report, which has been over 1 month. I have been in contact with multiplie people and still have not received it. This is causing a delay in my childs care. I'm so glad that I did not choose them for ABA therapy. If they can not do somthing as simple as generating a report for a patient no telling what else they are lacking In. Very disappointing
I had really high hopes for Hopebridge, but unfortunately we ran into an issue with my insurance denying the ABA therapy. At first, it seemed like we would be able to get everything worked out, but dealing with Hopebridge's corporate has been a nightmare. The woman who was helping us randomly left the company, and left no one working on my son's case. I was trying to contact her for about two weeks before I finally reached out to someone else who was able to find out that she had left the company. Now no one knows who can do anything, and I cannot simply get someone to send a prior authorization form. They apparently do not communicate with eachother whatsoever, and I am beyond frustrated by the whole situation with them. Edit: I recently was able to get into contact with the head of the Authorization department at Hopebridge, and she is actively working on my son's case. It was not a billing issue, it was an issue getting someone to send a prior authorization to my insurance company, because the woman who was working on it unexpectedly left the company, and no one else knew anything about what was going on with his case. Instead of really looking into it, they said it was "out of their hands". Thankfully, it is being worked on now, and I am told that it should be approved this time. I added two stars to my review, because there are people here who do want to help, and those specific people are amazing, though I am still very disappointed at how this whole process has gone.
$400!! For the first visit! If you deductible and or coinsurance isn't paid do not visit this place or you will end up paying hundreds of dollars.
I have worked for a few different providers and Hopebridge is top tier.
