My nonverbal son has grown and adapted really well since attending LittleStar in just over a year. He’s learned important skills for self care, coping strategies, and expanded his food interests. He transitions well now going to the dentist, doctor, hair dressing and receives safety training out in the community. The staff is so supportive and helpful. Highly recommend LittleStar if you’re seeking the best quality and compassionate care to help your child learn & grow.
Wonderful staff!! Best ABA therapy in Indianapolis. My little guy loves this place!
Level of care at this facility is very poor and has been probably 2 or 3 years prior to COVID-19. Can't use COVID for an excuse for not being able to get qualified people to hire. Our daughter has Autism and is non-verbal. She needs consistent prompting to go to the bathroom or will not make it in time. Got notified at work today that our daughter was dropped off at her adult day program by Little Star Center staff with both dried on and fresh feces all over her. This is getting to be a lot more common than it use to be. It's mid May and we have gotten more reports from the day program staff of her arriving in this condition than we would get in an entire year. This is not counting the times we pick her up in this condition. We've been noticing a trend of staff therapist resigning for awhile and I'm beginning to see this organization has big problems.
Complete waste of time. Wasted our time with 6 months of applications and insurance submissions and drug their feet the entire way. Then told us only when we called that there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate our son. Bizarre people.
Little Star is absolutely the best my granddaughter was non-verbal till Little Star I highly recommend.
