Behavioral Innovations is one of the largest BCBA-led ABA therapy networks in the United States, founded in 2000 in Texas by three pioneering Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The organization has grown to operate 100+ centers across Texas, Oklahoma, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Colorado, serving children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The company specializes in center-based (clinic) Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children aged 18 months to 10 years. Treatment is personalized and delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, with a focus on building communication, social, and daily living skills. The organization also offers supplementary programs including autism diagnostic testing, social skills training, and after-school programs designed around peer interaction. Parent involvement is central to Behavioral Innovations' care model. Parents collaborate with BCBAs to set individualized treatment goals, participate in structured parent training sessions, and learn strategies to generalize new skills into home and school settings. This emphasis on family partnership distinguishes the organization's approach to long-term outcomes. Behavioral Innovations does not serve teens, adults, or non-autism diagnoses. The organization operates exclusively in English across its centers and maintains a team of 500–1,000 employees. The company is actively expanding its network and remains one of the most recognized provider networks for center-based ABA therapy in the Southeast and South-Central United States.

Unfortunately a particular staff member, a supposed professional, behaved toward us with wilfully disregard for th3 truth and with calousness, causing us significant trauma and demonstrating complete disregard for professional ethics. We are now compelled to bring suit because of "AR"'s wilfully and negligent behavior toward our staff. I would never entrust anyone's care to this person.
I don't have enough words to share about how wonderful this place is. This was the place where my son spent many firsts, and where he grew tremendously in terms of speaking, interacting with adults and other kids, and where he improved skills necessary to function in the real world. He was supported and loved here - we couldn't have asked for a better place to help him work with his autism. We are beyond grateful for all the resources that were provided to him since he was 22 months old. We highly recommend coming to Behavioral Innovations if kids need additional support and want to continue to grow!
These profesional are beyond kind, dedicated, passionate, do what they say, change lives for the better and all with smiles. There’s never been a time where my son didn’t laugh and jump so much upon arriving: this is truly the best decision we have made for him. We are beyond appreciative to every single one of the therapist here. They wear their hearts on their sleeves and our little ones and parents can see this and feel beyond safe and LOVED. We were very very very hesitant and confused about putting him into this type of program, for us! it has been the best decision. Thank you to the entire staff. We are forever grateful.
Words cannot begin to describe the care and compassion this school has for the children. Everyone from the office staff to the RBT's are simply amazing and our son has made tremendous improvement while there. I truly will not take my son anywhere else and I'm so thankful for them.
The staff is wonderful and really dedicated to the success of my child. It almost feels unfair to call them staff as they really feel and function more as family. I’ve spent the better part of my son’s life feeling guilty when picking him up from school, daycare and other functions because caregivers seemed overwhelmed after time with him. When I pick up my son from BI I receive a detailed update and most of all I feel they really enjoy being with him and helping him reach goals! BI has changed my life and I’m so thankful!
