ABA Rank operates an independent, ranked directory of Applied Behavior Analysis providers, software vendors, and service firms, covering categories like practice management, billing, staffing, credentialing, and marketing. As a Listings Operations Associate, you'll be part of the team that keeps the Index accurate, current, and trustworthy across thousands of clinic, vendor, and professional profiles. This is a hands-on operational role focused on data quality, listing accuracy, and supporting the workflows that feed the public rankings.

What you'll do

  • Create, update, and audit listings across clinics, vendors, and individual professional profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Review and process claim requests, verification submissions, and profile edits from providers
  • Monitor data quality across the index, flagging duplicates, outdated information, or inconsistencies between source data and published profiles
  • Support the credential verification workflow, cross-checking submitted credentials against public registries
  • Assist in maintaining category taxonomy, tagging, and structured data fields so listings surface correctly in search and filters
  • Respond to provider inquiries about their listings, claim status, and profile fields

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, data entry, content moderation, customer support, or a similar detail-oriented role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working inside structured data systems, spreadsheets, or CMS tools
  • Clear written communication for handling provider questions and internal documentation
  • Ability to follow documented processes consistently while flagging edge cases that need judgment or escalation
  • Comfort working with high volumes of records and repetitive quality-control tasks without losing accuracy

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) industry or healthcare services directories
  • Experience with verification or credentialing workflows
  • Basic familiarity with structured data concepts (schema.org, JSON, or similar)
