I've enjoyed working with the team at Webserv. They did a phenomenal job on our new website. They're attentive to our needs, and super responsive. If I send an email back, Carmen sometimes responds within minutes, which is above and beyond any expectations I could possibly have. It's still early on, but curious to see how this partnership develops. I sincerely hope that they will help us reach our SEO and marketing goals, because I really enjoy each and every team member we've encountered.

Horrible experience. A colossal waste of time and money. Webserv will sell you a dream they simply cannot deliver because they don’t have the staff or capabilities to consistently follow through. Extremely high staff turnover, so your account is constantly switching hands and there’s no consistency. The reporting felt misleading, communication was inconsistent, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and take your business anywhere else. Try MGMT.

I had an opportunity to talk at length with one of the head honchos over at WebServ. Throughout the conversation I felt I was in capable, competent hands. He described to me what exactly WebServ provides its clients and how they aim to achieve success for those clients. What struck me most was the degree of humor that was allowed to pepper an otherwise completely professional conversation. It's nice to know that behind the scenes of this clean company there is a team of real human beings putting in hard work for the benefit of their clients; that take themselves seriously, but not too seriously.
