Great organization. I wanted to support them with 21 boxes of donations that were packed in my van. Their male employee stood on the loading dock WATCHING me unload all those boxes and hoist them 4.5 feet off the ground. I'm in my 8th decade and barely 5 feet tall. I hope he enjoyed himself! He did occasionally kick a box out of the way to make room so i guess he thought he helped. I have to laugh because I didn't think I could do that much strenuous work. But should I have to?

I donated items here, very easy process. Since they actually give to the needy I feel good about donating here. Please follow their guidelines on donating items, such as "good quality & seasonal only". Let's keep great organizations like this functioning freely!

The help they give the communities with groceries is awesome! Their selection is quite large from veggies to fruits to meats to dry goods. Went for the first time last week and the process to get a talk through of how it works was seemless and I was pretty excited to start my first trip.
