I personally can't say enough good things about that place !And I have dealt with at least three people that work there all for different things BUT.. Cynthia I have a soft spot for because I feel she not only made me feel so welcomed there ,I was worried about the stress of so many things at home ..first thing she told me was .please feel free here and there is no judgements,I felt like someone cared about my situation and the burden of a car breaking,a apartment ,moving ,and all this she was soft spoken ,and knowledgeable on things I needed help with..some of you out there know what it means to really be heard and helped .thank you cynthia.and Valley outreach for everything you have done for me .and then the food area ....oh you guys it's so nice it's like a store and it's well stocked and once again going through there was easy peasy and I mean when I say this whole place is awesome and Id like to vulunterr here when my health gets better to help repay all they've done for me .IF THERE WAS A AWARD FOR ALL AROUND CARING AND NON JUDGEMENTAL OUTREACH PROGRAM YOU ALL AT VALLEY DESERVE RECOGNITION ! The help they give the communities with groceries is awesome! Their selection is quite large from veggies to fruits to meats to dry goods. Went for the first time last week and the process to get a talk through of how it works was seemless and I was pretty excited to start my first trip.
