The Telos Group

Telos RTC is a residential treatment center specializing in evidence-based care for adolescents and young adults ages 13–18 in Orem, Utah. Founded in 2004 and operating as a NATSAP-accredited member, Telos provides comprehensive residential treatment across five specialty programs designed for clinically complex youth.

The organization delivers clinical services through multiple therapeutic modalities, including individual and family therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and recreation therapy. Telos serves adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, substance use concerns, self-harm, suicidality, and learning differences.

Telos operates a complete accredited high school program in a traditional in-person setting, accredited by Cognia. The center offers seven varsity sports and maintains a maximum enrollment of 48 residents, with an average length of stay of approximately 11 months. The program is owner-operated and emphasizes individualized treatment planning for each resident.
