They are so knowlegdable, so quick to respond and answer any questions you have regarding claims processing, insurance questions and so much more! And if they dont know (which is not likely) they are sure quick to dig deeper to get you an answer with accuracy and kindness, reassurance that they've got you're back! 5 Star has been the best thing to happen to my office! They came in and cleaned up what my old biller could not and were able to do everything virtually which was even better! I was able to see what a real AR report looked like, I now send patient statements monthly that average 60% less then when we collected as an office and they helped me understand my actual contract rates with insurances. I can not say enough enough good things about this team and what they have done for my office. I highly recommend them to any medical office looking to make improvements in your billing. They are the experts!!

I have been using 5 Star Billing for over two years now. I have been impressed with the detail and thoroughness that they have exhibited. The team assigned to us is very familiar with the coding necessary for our specialty (chronic pain) and they are very good with preventing rejects. The team is very open to converse with and we have found that they listen to our concerns and help us figure out the best approach for billing and coding anything new we find needed for our patients. I was concerned about working with an out of house billing company, but 5 Star has performed as though they were in house. They have been very professional and are quick to respond to our inquiries.

Just had a conference call with a Sales Rep about giving them our billing services. Very unprofessional. The Sales Rep did not act like he was interested in anything we had to say. Our team had to drive and lead the call where usually if a company wants your business, they will drive the call and brag about the services they provide. They wanted to know what rates we were looking at and then when he found out who our EHR was, he said he would have to take it back to the team because they are "not accepting many of those EHRs right now because there are so many". Wouldn't you want to try your hardest to get someone's business????
