Our experience with Omni has been wonderful. As with any EMR, we have and are working out kinks, but we are incredibly thankful for the ability to customize the system and how available the staff is. We are extremely thankful for Bhupendra, who handles majority of our inquiries and works super early and super late to ensure our questions are answered. And the other team members that have been so gracious include, Ratan, Jay, Vileen and Chiranjivi - they really are the dream team. We also believe that growth has happened for both us and them and as an Interventional Radiology practice, our needs have been a bit different, but they have worked hard to meet and exceed those needs. I would recommend Omni to anyone who is needing a robust and customizable EMR.
