Simply Stunning! - Its very rare in today's world where you find a software developer who deliver exactly as promised. Account management - Personable, no pestering, not heavily sales orientated. Development - Fast moving, without hiccups Support - When needed, have been faultless. As a long term GFI, Logicnow, Solarwinds customer, i am so glad i made the decision to move.

Couldn't have found a better RMM Platform than Ninja. It does everything we need, and most of all it does it amazingly. A lot of great new features are planned, and the product roadmap is open to the public so we know what goodies to expect and when to expect them!

Why didn't we met earlier.... Tried some other RMM solutions, but the can't beat Ninja RMM on a single point. The user portal is a real user portal, creating policies is verry easy, like applying tasks. When you send a command its insta! No delay, with the other RMM solutions the policies creation is terrible, the lag u experience when applying a command etc. etc... Ninja RMM is a great business value for us!

I work for an IT company supporting more than 100 clients and 2e started to work with Ninja some moths ago after try some other RMM software. Definitelly, Ninja is the best RMM product taking into consideration the quality/price ratio. Our customers are very happy noticeing that with Ninja we can do so much proactive and efficient with their IT problems. Highly recommended.
