NinjaOne has been one of the best tools I've worked with. It has delivered exceptional automation and security, making it super easy for me to manage thousands of endpoints and ensure our policies are applied consistently. Their software makes it simple to keep things up-to-date and monitor where devices are, including mobile devices. Without NinjaOne, we would be looking at hours of manual work and inconsistent enforcement across our fleet. The best part is their team is so easy to work with, and any time we've had an issue or question they have given quick and helpful support (unlike most other companies in this space today). Plus they are always updating and modernizing their product and the new features they deliver are absolutely incredible. Keep up the great work Ninja team!

We have been using NinjaOne for 2-3 years now as our endpoint management. We have expanded to use their document module as well. Overall I really like it, it allows us to remote into cmd/powershell to the end user, either in admin or user profile. It also has a remote GUI that doesn't require connecting to the console. For the things i think they could improve is thier software deployment, for a lot of automation i end up needing scripts to read some files/registry values that are not picked up automatically, from there you need to feed them into these custom variables. Its a bit clunky but once you figure it out it goes ok but i think its one of the areas to improve. Overall i can recommend it - they are constantly developing it and it handles 80-90% of daily needs. We use the agents on all our end user computers and servers, as mentioned we use their documentation (not enough of course) and their ticketing device which has helped with keeping track of solutions. I haven't used their help much so I can't comment on support. Most of the day I use 3-4 softwares and this is one of them and if it wasn't decent i would have changed it for another.

I have been using NinjaOne since 2020. We had gone from mostly VM desktops to a mix. I was at a loss as to how to support all these remote users (Covid). Just so happens I got a call from Ninja and for some reason I took the call (my practice NOT to take sales calls). I quickly figured out that this was the product that could fill the gap in support, on several levels. The rest is as they say history. I am finally getting into some of the automation features and we are looking at implementing ticketing soon. I think it's the ideal platform for small IT departments to keep their user fleet fat and happy.

We've been using NinjaOne for a few years now and it was been the best RMM that we have tried so far. They continue to add new features and the system works very well.

It is a convenient and powerful platform that allows us to centrally manage devices, automate routine administrative tasks, and efficiently resolve incidents. The system provides real-time monitoring, remote management capabilities, and automated alerting, which helps us quickly identify and address potential issues before they impact users. By automating many day-to-day IT operations, Ninja RMM significantly reduces the amount of manual work required from our team. This allows us to focus more on proactive maintenance, security improvements, and delivering better service to our clients. Overall, the platform helps ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of our clients’ systems.
