Deceptive, hidden pricing. They charge extra for things that they do not mention on their pricing page. I cannot recommend them until this changes.

What a mess this app is. I am a student from York U that you somehow fooled to use 2FA Duo Mobile. Dup Mobile is the ONLY thing I don't like about this University. If you uninstall Duo Mobile you will be locked out. Yep, that is you Duo Mobile protecting your market.

I got my car stuck in the snow outside of Duo Security's building this morning. A bunch of their employees ran outside and helped push me to freedom. Thanks Duo!
