Nelson Hardiman obtained a very successful resolution to a dispute my professional corporation had with a sizable Management Service Organization. Harry Nelson and his associate, Tara Davidoff, kept me informed every step of the way and quickly responded to my emails and phone calls. Their amiability, expertise and confidence were essential in obtaining an excellent result.

It would be almost impossible to imagine a firm with more credibility and expertise in the health arena than Nelson Hardiman. We have relied upon Harry and his team members to provide critical updates and recent rulings having affect on our clinics. If I read this I would think someone paid me to say these things but they are all accurate and true. Harry is thoughtful, considerate, concerned and available when a need arises. If you need to be sure that the advice you’re getting is for your best interest… This is the place I would go.

My husband received an excellent service from this team especially from Atty Aviva and of course Atty Harry. My husband felt comfortable and confident with Atty Harry on their first phone call conversation knowing that he will be in good hands. Atty Aviva is truly a gem! She definitely listened to my husband’s concerns and offered him reassurance throughout the whole process. It was a very pleasant experience not only for my husband but for us knowing that we have an excellent team behind us every step of the way. The whole process was a breeze. Imagine working with a Lawyer and it's a pleasant, healing, empowering and successful experience. Harry Nelson has been a confidante and mentor in the mental health/substance abuse treatment space for me and my team for a very long time.
