Every since I found Links to work with my autism daughter my family and I have seen a tremendous change in her everyday life. It's been such a huge difference in things she can do now that she wasn't doing before. My daughter has a wonderful BABC that comes to our home and a daily amazing BT. They are great with her. She really looks forward to seeing them come. They really work with your child getting to know and understand their different emotions, behaviors, wants and needs. I truly recommend Links ABA Therapy.

I want to share with all parents and the world the beautiful and wonderful work this company has done with ABA therapy for my son in just 3 months. My son is 2 years old, and before starting therapy, he barely made eye contact, wouldn't let anyone hold him except us, his parents, an aunt, and his favorite little cousin. He didn't know his name, didn't pay attention, literally didn't interact with anyone, didn't know the parts of his body, and so much more. Today, in just 3 months, he knows his name, pays attention, knows animals and their sounds, can say and recognize primary colors, he talks, thank God, he can bring and carry things when we ask him to 😭😭, he can say YES and NO when he wants something or not, he pulls me and shows me what he wants, and he does the same with other family members. He interacts with the rest of his family, cousins, aunts, and uncles 🥹🥹🥹. He plays and laughs much more than before. I adore his therapists. When my son finishes his therapy sessions, he waves goodbye and blows them kisses 😘. Seeing the great progress my son has made is priceless. I've cried so much with emotion 🥰. I thank God for everything, first all the glory be to Him, and then to this company and the ABA therapists. Giving this company 5 STARS 🌟 would be an understatement; if I could give them 20 STARS 🌟, that would be amazing because their therapists, the therapies, the BCBAs, the program, the friendly staff, and the organization are extremely excellent. I'm very happy with everything so far. Thank you, and to my God, I can tell all parents and the rest of the world to believe in God, have a lot of faith, and this company is good.

This is probably one of the real reviews if you know what I mean. We encountered persistent and serious professionalism issues with multiple BTs from Links ABA. Several therapists appeared undertrained and showed limited patience working with children on the autism spectrum. Session reliability was a major problem—more than half of our scheduled sessions were cancelled by BTs. During sessions that did occur, we observed concerning behavior, including therapists using their cell phones, eating during sessions, leaving our child unattended, and in one instance, spending only part of the session on therapy while playing YouTube videos for the remainder. We raised these concerns repeatedly via email to the agency. Unfortunately, the responses were dismissive. Rather than addressing the issues, the agency often made excuses for the BTs or suggested that this level of care was “common,” implying that we should simply accept it. Ultimately, we were forced to switch providers after both our assigned BCBA and BT resigned from Links ABA—without any notice to us from the agency. This lack of communication and continuity of care was unacceptable. Overall, this experience reflected a troubling lack of oversight, accountability, and respect for families of children with special needs. We would not recommend this agency to other families seeking consistent, professional ABA services.
