Never heard of this place until they started spamming me with unsolicited emails and phone calls. Now I know who NOT to do business with in the future.

The best solution to protect organisations and employees themselves from cyber criminals. Employees become aware of potential threats and know how to avoid them, and ultimately can protect their companies and, by proxy, themselves from attacks. Would definitely recommend!

KnowBe4’s training is, frankly, useless. The company relies on simulated phishing emails as part of its “education,” which feels manipulative rather than instructive. I never opened their emails to begin with, yet I’m still expected to sit through generic, checkbox-style training that adds no real value. The whole approach comes off as bordering on a scam — creating a problem so they can sell the solution. Little practical insight, lots of noise. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this product and looking for security training that actually respects users’ time and intelligence.

I work for a religious organization and am required to complete trainings that are in conflict with my religious beliefs. I refuse to complete the training because of the small portion of ideas that I disagree with. Respectfully, I would like to complete the employee incident prevention training but I can't go against my religious beliefs. This company should be respectful towards religious organizations and provide accommodating trainings so all their employees can complete them without conflicting their faith.
