About Grow.com.
Grow.com is a no-code BI platform, acquired by Epicor in 2022, that combines data pipelines, storage, and dashboards in one product. It is general-purpose and ships no ABA-specific content.
How Grow.com works.
Grow.com is a no-code full-stack business intelligence platform designed to empower organizations to make data-driven decisions. The platform combines extract-transform-load (ETL), data warehousing, and visualization capabilities into a single integrated solution that requires no coding expertise to deploy and operate.
The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Lehi, Utah. With 51-200 employees, Grow.com serves small and medium-sized businesses across various industries seeking accessible business intelligence solutions. The platform enables users to connect disparate data sources, create unified data models, and build interactive dashboards and reports without requiring technical or engineering resources.
Grow.com's core value proposition centers on democratizing business intelligence by removing technical barriers to data analysis. Organizations can quickly visualize metrics, monitor KPIs, and uncover data-driven insights across financial, operational, and performance dimensions. The no-code approach allows business users to independently create and modify analytics without IT department involvement.
The platform serves a diverse customer base including mid-market companies, agencies, and service organizations. Grow.com competes in the broader business intelligence and analytics software market alongside platforms like Tableau, Looker, and Microsoft Power BI, but positions itself as more accessible and faster to implement for organizations without dedicated data teams.

We signed up for grow about 18 months ago to provide our clients with detailed analytics for marketing and automation campaigns we were running for them. The system was easy to use because they had pre-built one click metrics that made it simple to use. You could build each metric manually but it required more of a dedicated programming minded employee to do. A few months in, they changed the system and removed the functionality making it difficult to use the system. It is very cumbersome to try to build custom metrics and not very user friendly. After struggling for months and having to dedicate too much time we decided to cancel. This is when everything changed for the worse. Reaching out to our rep because like reaching into a black hole. No response, delayed responses, little explanations, and here 3 months later still trying to cancel the service. To me it speaks to the integrity of the organization, the behavior once you try to leave. I think there are much better services out there that won’t treat you like a number. Our experience has been very negative and I would not recommend them.

They have a lot of potential but still a long way to go and don't seem to know how to get there. The product has a lot of bugs and lacks some key features that are basic in other products at their price range. Be careful of their contracts. They will lock you in and even if they app has major issues and it's their fault, they won't do anything to help you out to make it right.
