Fraud recruiting team I clearly informed I completed only 12th I will be getting degree in 2026 they said okay after 6 months only bgv is slowly cleared and why didn't I complete graduation again the question came up then the hiring hr Sanket said he had no idea about me First do bgv stick to your rules Recruiting team. For the sake of incentives don't immediately hire then fire. Thanks.

Far from city and a strict cab policy of 22 kms. In a city like Bengaluru how can this policy is helpful wherein Bangalore is spread across in 45-55 kms radius. Due to cab policy many good candidates are unable to join Gallagher.

"terrible or worse waste of time in interview process staff and management no proactive approach towards conducting the interviews takes a day I reached by 11 am without my breakfast/ and first round was at 5pm / no lunch and second round was by 5:30 by 7pm was told that the IC profile will not fit they might have taken my valuable 5 mins and informed me that my profile o resume myself will not fit there and let other candidates proactively informe and sent please think before you visit before company and interviews. Take a length of hours Spent close to 1000k for this interview. Reached home by 11pm. Travelled by car from Bannerghatta road to Hebbal. Was been suggested from ravera. This Shall be escalated to PMO, (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

This company always had Walk in interviews on Saturday and Sunday coz they are expanding their processes across Pan India including Bangalore. Recently I had been there for an interview at Bangalore office and I am sharing the kind of experience I had with the office and their recruiting people. After waiting for nearly 3.5 hours in a waiting room, No one least bothered and respect candidate's time and effort instead they collected everyone's resume and asked to go to first floor where again we have been asked to sit and wait for the first meeting and group of HR people call out names and took Everyone inside. They didn't even take 0.5 seconds to walk through the profile instead they send the people back home without proper feedback. It was not in organsed manner. Don't know how this company has been rated "Great place to work" Need to improve a lot.
