The worst decision we made during our clinic start up. The system isn’t user friendly, but the worst part is the customer service. Absolute trash. We canceled the day our contract was up.

Steve from clinicsource was great at explaining the ins and outs of billing and reviewed anything I didn't understand. I really appreciated him helping me how to search up information so I could be more savvy on my own and increase my self-learning and what to review to become more competent. Thank you again!

We went with clinic source for our small business after several sales calls to see if it was the right fit for our unique brain based clinic ( not therapy). We were assured it could be set up just how we needed it. After several support and set up calls we were extremely confused how to make it work for us and received no solutions except work arounds which made the software much less effective or functional for us. We dealt with it for a year and then asked to cancel, we were told we had been auto renewed ( we never received a warning or confirmation that auto renew happened) and could not cancel until the following year. Their customer support was rude, offered no way out of the contract even buy out. Stay away!

Believe everything you’ve read about ClinicSource in the reviews. If I could give it zero stars, I would! I’ve had nothing but issues with them since I started my subscription in December 2022. The billing is inconsistent and very shady!!! I was charged twice on two different forms of payment, one of which should have no longer been in their system and was for a service that I had canceled months prior! Then they changed their billing system and missed several months of payments and then decided they would just debit my account for several hundred dollars at once to cover the payments they missed. I contacted them in October 2025 to cancel my services and was told I wasn’t eligible to cancel until December because my contract “auto renews annually in December” although this was never mentioned when I signed up! It’s now February 2026 and my account SHOULD be inactive, yet my bank account which they shouldn’t have any access to whatsoever was charged $300.14. CLINIC SOURCE IS A SCAM AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! There should be a class action lawsuit against them for storing their customer’s payment information from previous transactions without their authorization. Once the data is updated and/or removed by the customer, the merchant should no longer have access to it!
