If I could give no stars I would. This company has cost me loss of income due to having my background check processing for three weeks. Information might I add that is the easiest to verify. They won't tell me what the hold up is so that I can help move the process along. I suspect it's about my current employer however she has not recieved a call from them. If you are using this company to do background checks, please stop. They have no business doing them.

Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting three weeks for my background check to clear with little to no communication. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates and still haven’t received a clear answer. I understand background checks can take time, but three weeks with no transparency is unacceptable.. especially when employment depends on it. Better communication and faster turnaround times are desperately needed.

Kept asking for same info I had provided 3 times. Did not contact my background person. Sent me someone else's info. I don't feel the site is secure. I WOULD NOT feel comfortable giving my social security that they ask for

My employer uses them for background checks. Including yearly background checks. All I can say is wow. It’s truly amazing how bad cisive is. Trying to do a background check through them is like pulling teeth. And when you think you’re done, they send you email after email saying you now need to complete something else

I had the misfortune of having their office closest to my house for a background check asked by my new employer. They keep sending requests for new documents every day. They send different links that end up in the same form page. Avoid this Company.
