Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting three weeks for my background check to clear with little to no communication. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates and still haven’t received a clear answer. I understand background checks can take time, but three weeks with no transparency is unacceptable.. especially when employment depends on it. Better communication and faster turnaround times are desperately needed.

Kept asking for same info I had provided 3 times. Did not contact my background person. Sent me someone else's info. I don't feel the site is secure. I WOULD NOT feel comfortable giving my social security that they ask for

My employer uses them for background checks. Including yearly background checks. All I can say is wow. It’s truly amazing how bad cisive is. Trying to do a background check through them is like pulling teeth. And when you think you’re done, they send you email after email saying you now need to complete something else

Received multiple calls for employment verification of a past employee. Attempted multiple times to call back to verify. The person answering the phone is useless. Don’t use these jokers to do anything background check related. As an employer trying to get folks hired, these are the most useless service providers.
