Training team has been great. I've been working with Chetan and he's been excellent in explaining the system. Everything has been going really smooth regarding the system, there are a lot of nice features. It's been working really well so far!! Tammy, wonderful as well very pleasant to work with!!!

Billing Dynamix training has been extremely helpful! I am new to my role and Henry has been very helpful and taking into consideration my style of training. He allowed me to hands on training with sharing my screen and walking me through the steps for the system. The help options on the system website are great to be able to walk you through step by step as well making it user friendly.

The system is very user friendly, easy to learn and easy to use. The training team does a great job! Jasper is very patient and accommodating when it comes to one on one training. Overall our office has had a wonderful experience.

The training they provided was fast and simple. Jasper did a great job making sure I understood everything before proceeding to teach me something new, and scheduled follow up sessions to make sure I remembered how to do it all and ask if I had any questions. Great company to work with

Great company to work with! I LOVE working with Jason in particular! He is so friendly and helpful. They system is very easy to learn and makes paperwork a breeze. If anyone is looking to simplify their office life I definitely recommend using Billing Dynamix.
