Can't reach any one to help with my pca getting paid again Very important
I had suspected my son was on the autism spectrum so I had him evaluated at daycare using northeast arc for cape ann area. He scored high risk, and qualified for early intervention services in roughly october of 2024. Our plan was weekly visits where his worker would visit him at his daycare. I wish I could give less stars. His worker has canceled more than half the amount of times. So frustrated at the lack of services- in jan 2025 I tried to close services, they forwarded me to his worker and she mentioned biwkly. So, against my better judgements I agreed- also holding hope that maybe his worker was just balancing a big caseload and not able to properly manage clients. The new year, 2025 began biwkly visits at his school. Worker canceled constantly! My son was seen 5 times, FIVE in the last year! I informed his worker my child recieved an official autism diagnosis in October 2025, and his worker hasn't seen my son since September 2025. This company is a money grab from masshealth it seems. Requested discharge from services and his worker claimes she discharged my son January 13th. I asked for proof, such as an email documenting discharge info and was told it would be emailed- STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT. Working with them has been extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of time. My son has hardley had enough visits to really build a rapport with them. Good riddance!!
I had to bring some shredding to the Northeast Ark. They were very helpful, very accommodating and they reassured me that everything would be shredded. I found their pricing very reasonable and I was glad that the money went to help others.
The staff is caring, professional, and always willing to help. They’ve made a big difference in our lives with their support and resources. Highly recommend to any family needing guidance or services for a loved one with disabilities.
I was approved for an evaluation by my health insurance. Referred to Northeast Arc. The very nice worker Benedette told me that the company does NOT send workers to help me but that the agency is in charge of paying a person that I find myself. I find this counterproductive on the part of my insurance and this agency which is the first time that it does not provide employees or advice. Will it be a confusion? Although the employee is nice, I asked her in writing that the agency ONLY pays PCA that I have to look for myself. He told me that he can't give it to me in writing or help me. It's actually confusing.
