Horrible customer service and therapist who don't care. The therapist call out every other week. They don't reschedule or find you other therapist so that your kids still get that needed time. When you complain, they don't do anything. I would not recommend if you truly care about your kid(s).
Our 3-year-old has been receiving speech therapy here for the past five months, and Miss Marina has been absolutely amazing. She is patient, engaging, and truly connects with the children she works with. Our child looks forward to sessions every week. We have also had Miss Katie as a substitute therapist a few times, and she has been just as lovely and kind. Recently, my 6-year-old had an occupational therapy evaluation with Charity Higgins, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. I actually didn’t even realize she was the owner until after the evaluation when I noticed it in the signature of her email. Her rapport with my child was excellent from the very beginning. She made my child feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. As a homeschooling family, I especially appreciated how enthusiastically supportive she was of our homeschool journey. She even took the time to look through our homeschool record book and recommend a handwriting curriculum she thought would be a great fit for my child. I’ve already ordered it based on her recommendation. It also means a lot to me that Kidz Therapy Zone is owned by someone who is personally involved in evaluating and working with the children their practice serves. That level of care and hands-on involvement says so much about the values of the practice. Both of our children are currently on waitlists to see a developmental pediatrician for further evaluations and possible diagnoses, which many families know can take quite a long time. During this waiting period, Kidz Therapy Zone has been such an incredible bridge for our family. Instead of feeling like we are just waiting and hoping for answers, we know our children are actively receiving thoughtful, skilled support that is helping them grow right now. As a parent, I take decisions about my children’s educational and therapeutic support very seriously. It’s important to me to seek out services that are both thoughtful and effective, and our experience at Kidz Therapy Zone has given me complete confidence that we are in exactly the right place. We are so grateful for the care, professionalism, and support we have received here. I highly recommend Kidz Therapy Zone to any family looking for high-quality therapy services for their children.
This place is amazing and the results speak for themselves! My son was diagnosed with autism at an early age and as a first time and single parent, I spent time looking for the perfect place for my little one, I was looking for speech and occupational therapy. I tried 2 different places before getting to this one, and I can tell you the difference was outstanding! Therapists on this location KNOW and are specialized on how to deal with kids with autism, this is SO crucial! It’s not just getting the therapy, it’s getting someone who can try and that WANTS to help your child, someone who can adapt and try different tools and strategies to HELP! I can’t say enough how grateful I am because after jumping back and forth between places, I finally found the one that is helping my son the best. And I’m telling you it wasn’t easy, but I can say now that I’ve seen results, my son is saying words after the amazing therapist Anna Hurtado has been working with him and adapting different strategies to him. Also Ms. Maryela and Jenni with the occupational therapy, I’ve seen a lot of improvement on how he transition from activities on a daily basis and also on his sensory processing skills. Thank you so much for existing! You have no idea how grateful I am.
We took my daughter to Kidz Therapy Zone for a feeding evaluation when she was 13 months old (aversion to solid foods). We worked with 2 therapists, Samantha and Barbie, and both therapists were wonderful with my daughter. They treated our family as a whole and not just the child which is what I really appreciate. They were both very understanding, knowledgeable of my daughters needs, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. My daughter completed therapy and is now enjoying all kinds of solid foods and textures. I would highly recommend Kids Therapy Zone. We are grateful for everything we learned and our daughter is so much happier and content.
I cannot say enough of good things about this place that is truly like a second home to me and my two boys. Charity and the entire staff are beyond knowledgeable and friendly! My kids love going to therapy! The communication is excellent and they are very accommodating. Both of my boys have made tremendous progress since starting. The therapists are professional and you can tell they truly love the kids and their jobs. The facility is fantastic and super clean. The waiting room for parents is spacious and cozy, great if you have to get work done, quiet enough to read a book and filled with plenty of toys for other siblings to be entertained. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!
