My 8.5 year-old son has been receiving ABA therapy through Butterfly Effects for over a year. My son has thrived from the therapy he has received from his therapists, Rebekah and Gordi. They care about my son and have been instrumental in his progress. Additionally, kudos to the billing department, in particular Chandra Grant. She has been phenomenal in helping me address underpayments from my health insurance carrier.
Be aware of this place. My experience with them has been nothing but bitter. From the company not being able to provide seevices for the hours approved to Rbts cancelling at the last minute. Rhe rbts assigned to my child were mostly newly hired and inexperienced. Just one rbt was really sweet and kind though still inexperienced. Now they're coming after me for unpaid invoices the insurance refused to pay. They even called me to say that there are unpaid co pays
Butterfly Effects in Boca have the best therapists and BCBA. Especially Guadalupe, Andrade who is very skilled and patient. She can gas that she really has a love for children on the spectrum. Shekeen and Bianca are very dedicated to their jobs with assisting their BCBA implement behavioral plans! Great job!
