Very happy with this center! Came for a tour and was greeted by everyone. I saw there new trampoline! I am looking forward to starting services soon!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but as a parent, I feel it's my responsibility to warn others. This clinic is absolutely unacceptable. The facility is dirty, unorganized, and clearly not maintained with children's health or safety in mind. It's heartbreaking to see children—especially those who are already vulnerable—being sent home sick because of poor hygiene and lack of care. The environment is not only unsanitary, but it's also not educational. My child—and others I've spoken with—aren’t learning anything meaningful through their so-called ABA therapy. The staff seem poorly trained, inattentive, and often more focused on their phones than the children. It’s supposed to be a therapeutic setting, but it feels more like babysitting without the basics of cleanliness or compassion. Children deserve better. They deserve to be in a clean, structured space where learning and progress are the priority—not somewhere they’re exposed to illness and neglect. Until this clinic gets cleaned up—literally and professionally—I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Kaleidoscope ABA – Union is truly outstanding! The staff here go far beyond just providing services—they genuinely care about each child’s overall well-being. It’s rare to find a private provider that doesn’t just clock in and out or focus solely on insurance claims. At Union, the team is compassionate, thoughtful, and consistently goes above and beyond to support the kids, not just in the facility but also at home, at school, and in every part of their lives. Our child has built meaningful relationships with both staff and peers that I know will stay with him forever. I’ll be so sad when he eventually graduates from the program, but incredibly grateful for the support and foundation he’s received here to continue thriving. Special shout out to Program Mgr. Stef, Val, Shi, Kelly—your kindness and dedication go far beyond the workplace, and it has made such a lasting impact. Thank you to the entire Union team for everything you do!
I adore the staff at KFS! They work so hard everyday with the clients and provide the best ABA! The BCBAs are hands on and involved in the therapy, and Steph the programs manager is super supportive to all of the parents as well.
The staff I’ve met seem very caring and focused on delivering quality services. I recommend you check them out if you need ABA Therapy for your child.
