Trisha Oliba has been excellent to work with as my account manager. She is patient, confident, and consistently able to navigate challenges effectively. She is organized, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire process. We did experience a rocky start with a different account manager, which was frustrating. However, once Trisha stepped in, she quickly identified solutions and helped get everything back on track. In hindsight, I likely should have reached out sooner to communicate that something wasn’t right. I’ve used PPS in the past and had no issues, and this experience ultimately reinforced that. I plan to continue working with them in the future and would recommend their team. As a small private practice in Minnesota, having reliable support like this is invaluable. Thank you!

PPS has been instrumental in my practice start up in Southern IL. Tera took over as my account manager several months back and has been wonderful to work with! She has maintained communication throughout the whole process and has been quick to answer any and all questions! I'm very grateful for her and her help with insurance credentialing!

The service that PPS provides is excellent. I have been have their services for almost 6 years. Marvie B. (Account Manager) is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and answers all my questions promptly. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.
