got gaslighted and instead got my blood work results from months ago which i read myself i have to search for a better facility especially after my original doctor left Jennifer was understanding and best bedside manners

Worthless experience I've ever had. With a personal care provider looking into possible medical malpractice lawsuit. I go see her. Tell her about the large bump behind my knee. Don't worry, it'll go away on its own. It's been there for a year. It doesn't cause any problems. Yes it does. I can't walk. Doesn't say anything. I move on to the next problem I got The tendonitis is back. Orders me 5 mg 10-day supply. Knowing I normally take 10 mg twice a day. And no refills. Didn't call in the blood work. Didn't give me my asthma. Inhaler. Four days later I asked them again after waiting over an hour on the phone. Where the hell is my asthma and inhaler. Do I have to die first before you do anything. This was Thursday. I had to call Monday again and this time I said you people aren't refilling my medications. And when you do there's no refills. It's like I'm going to have to argue with you every single time. I need a refill. I'm thinking discrimination. I'm also thinking medical malpractice. All of a sudden all my medications are ready. With over 11 refills on each one. I can see medical malpractice

It is very poor management. They hardly pick up their calls even when there isn’t supposed to be a wait time. And the one time I went for the OBGYN I waited half naked for the doctor to come for almost an hour. Sucks because it is close and it would be convenient but I rather drive to a further office for decent treatment.

My first appointment for dental they had me waiting for 30+ mins even though I had a scheduled appointment and about 3 patients were taken before I was. My second appointment was scheduled for 8:15 am, I came to be ignored at the door then told to come back at 9am because they’re in a meeting. I didn’t receive any call or notice, it is highly unprofessional and they do not care to waste your time.

The absolute worst place. They set dates and time and then they dont adhere to them. Oh but if show up on time you can literally wait 2 hours to be seen for 5 min. They never call in your prescriptions and then want you to make another appointment so they can call the pharmacy. Had to go to get a second opinion because they are google doctors. I can self diagnose why did i bother. Needless to say i am no longer a patient. But wait they will reply to this review to contact them but they are full of Feces its only to show face.
