Why is it so difficult to get benefits? They want documentation that my 3 year old isn’t working. This is insane.

Permanent damage has been done to my body and years of life have been taken away from me due to the ineffiency and inadequacy of this establishment and its employees, owners an all.

It's a real slap in the face to go through ten minutes of automated prompts just to have the automated system tell me that they can't take calls. If you can't take calls right now, tell me that at the beginning! There is no way to reach anyone through the benefits portal and no way to send messages about the status of benefits applications. Then when I call and miraculously get someone after waiting an hour, assuming I'm lucky enough for the worst automated system I've ever used to not hang up on me, the call then disconnects. I'm going to guess this is on purpose considering this happens repeatedly and somehow doesn't happen while I'm on hold or going through the maze of automated prompts. If the call miraculously doesn't drop, the agent tells me they have a lot of people calling. Maybe they wouldn't be so backed up if this department wasn't stuck in the 70s and made it possible to communicate online?!

Customer hotline extremely rude and impatient!!! I simply wanna ask a question, and they said we got too many applications so just wait and then DIRECTLY hung up.

I’m not sure if this is going where it’s supposed to but I would like to recognize an employee that helped me tremendously with an issue I had with one of my meds. His name is Ted and he went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. He’s a wonderful person to talk to and he made me feel so much better about calling. Thank you Ted! I hope you will watch his performance in the future and just see how good of an employee you have. Thank you.
