PUBLIC NOTICE OF BAD FAITH & LEGAL MISCONDUCT Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am a Licensed Paramedic and disabled first responder. After being injured in the line of duty, I have been forced into a battle for my life against Hall Booth Smith, P.C.—specifically Fred Hubbs and Lissa Klein. This firm has engaged in a documented pattern of deliberate dishonesty and legal manipulation. Most recently, they have submitted verified false statements to the state claiming they "never received" my legal responses—despite my possession of time-stamped proof of service for no fewer than five formal objections. The Reality of their "Defense" Strategy: • Ignoring Medical Truth: They are actively suppressing MRI-confirmed evidence (dated 9/25/2025) of structural shoulder failure to justify the illegal termination of my benefits under O.C.G.A. § 34-9-221. • Weaponizing Poverty: They are knowingly pushing for discovery and mediation while I am unrepresented and in a state of total insolvency—unable to afford basic food or fuel—due to their client’s (Brentwood Services) unlawful withholding of my income. • Medical Neglect: They have ignored reports of severe medical complications (cardiac bradycardia) caused by their authorized treatment, effectively obstructing my access to life-saving cardiology care. Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is not "defending" a claim; they are attempting to financially and physically break a first responder who dedicated his life to saving others. I have filed a 300-page evidentiary record with the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. I am no longer playing their procedural games. This is moving from the courtroom to the court of public opinion.
