Not pleased. Very unprofessional for a business to get started with a client, and then drop contact, without any explanation. Maybe some kids get prioritized over others based off of reviews here. Our BCBA, Brandy, so far, has been difficult to get in touch with from the beginning. When she does answer it's days to weeks later. Our assessment was done July 3, 2024. It is now August 16, 2024, and I still don't have the report. Last I heard from Brandy was August 3rd, saying the report should be completed by Monday afternoon (that would be August 5th). Well, I messaged her again August 7th and have not heard anything from her. I also reached out to case manager Tanya on August 13, and have not heard anything back from her either either. If I did this at my job, I would get in a lot of trouble (possibly fired); I'm honestly shocked this is happening.

I’ve encountered many ABA companies. This is by far the most detailed invested group! I am a parent to a very special little boy with severe autism. I have fought diligently for his care & education. It wasn’t until Georgia Behavior Associates that I’ve actually witnessed a team care about my son’s development. Specifically Brittany, Brittany is a GEM! I’ve watched her in action advocate for my child. I’ve witnessed her communication with his teachers & care team as well as his IEP team to ensure everyone is working collectively to give him the best possible opportunity! Brittany is the reason for this stellar review! Brittany left me speechless & I wanted to cry tears of joy listening to her advocate for my son. She is so involved & invested in her clients development. She wants your baby to succeed & she wants to be a positive influence on you & the children. I’m so thankful for Brittany. To be honest I wish all our previous failed attempts with BCBAs could take a class from Brittany because she’s truly that good! She attended my child’s IEP meeting (per my request) she was so engaged & asked questions I’ve never thought of. She ensured everyone understood his behavioral needs, she drew many correlations between why his behavioral needs are equally as important as educational. She advocated for my son in a way I had never seen anyone do. It was the biggest relief for me, it felt light a weight lifted off of my to finally have someone who cares! Thank you Brittany!!!!

I very Rarely leave reviews, however this company and employee is deserving of one! Dammy is unmatched she was very detailed in explaining what ABA was to me and the role I will have with the company. She was very detailed and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable with all she was explaining and if I had any questions she will be happy to assist me ! Definitely Amazing energy. I will recommend this company !

I didn’t know anything about ABA services until one day I spoke with Dammy and she thoroughly explained what it was and spoke very profoundly about the success stories ABA services offer to many families. During this process she has been extremely supportive. She has even reached out to colleagues for assistance regarding my case. My son is now about to start ABA services with this company and all thanks to the help, patience and persistence that was gracefully given by Dammy and this amazing company. What can I say. I have been with GA Behavior Associates since my youngest daughter was 1.5 years of age. They have worked wonders with her. They have amazing staff. BCBA, RBT, and Case Management is amazing. My baby wasn’t talking now she is fluently speaking. Such a great joy to see her developing so well. Ohh my oldest daughter is thriving as well I’m soo excited I found them through babies can’t wait!
