I engaged the firm EisnerAmper for the preparation of my company's tax return as well as my personal tax return. I will overlook the errors made by EisnerAmper in handling my company's procedures; however, regarding my personal tax return, I had to deal with several different people within the firm due to frequent staff changes. I paid significant amounts to complete my US tax return, only to realize after consulting with other lawyers and accountants that EisnerAmper had not even considered the tax treaty between my country of birth and the US. While they demanded enormous sums to settle my US tax return, I was in fact not a US tax resident but a French tax resident. I had to redo the entire process to regularize the situation with my country of fiscal residence ultimately wasting my time and money with EisnerAmper. I definitely do not recommend this firm.
