I believe that the review of Ms Aisha - who wrote an untrue and misleading bad review about ECCG - is misleading to community and she is totally mixing between the doors and floors contracting company where its commercial sign hanged on the building entrance wall “see building general entrance photo ” (الشركة الهندسية لاعمال الباركيه) located in the same building address on the first floor while Engineering and Consult Canadian Group (ECCG) located on the ground floor taking into consideration the fact that ECCG IS CONSULTING OFFICE with different speciality business in the field of consultancy and engineering. ECCG office is not contractors and is not related by any means to (الشركة الهندسية لاعمال الباركيه) for supply and fix floors and doors Contracting business. On the other hand, ECCG has not started operating any consultancy in Egypt at any time and its consultancy businesses are not running or located on the Egyptian soil yet. I believe that the bad experience of Ms Aisha is associated with the doors and floors contracting company (الشركة الهندسية لاعمال الباركيه) on the first floor of the building and not the related by any means to ECCG - located on the ground floor in the same building - ECCG is purely consulting office and not contractors company. Ms Aisha review and statement should be re-reviewed and edited to reflect true facts and specific accurate information that helps community about the Company that provides her with bad product and service. Ms Aisha’s review included defamation and false information that could harm the reputation of different business - i. e. ECCG -that Ms Aisha has never dealt with at any time and on any level of business . ECCG RESERVES ITS LEGAL RIGHTS related to business defamation expressed in Aisha review and damage of ECCG reputation that may arise thereof as a result of the falsified information in Ms Aisha Review. At the same time ECCG REQUEST the removal of the wrong referral to ECCG OR EDITING MS Eisha Review to correct the false referral to ECCG and remove its review related ,mistakenly , to ECCG. Please, correct as soon as possible the wrong business referral in Aish’s review and delete her wrongly addressed review and guide her to pin point the actual contracting Company - i.e. (الشركة الهندسية لاعمال الباركيه) - that has provided her with the bad product and service she complained about and keep her review away from ECCG.

The worst company I've ever dealt with, and the flooring installers are very bad. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
