Total Spectrum did some good for our daughter but her new clinic is doing way more! They claimed they couldn't do certain things that the new place started right away. They are also super nit-picky and constantly complained about stuff such as our daughter having a little dog hair on her clothes and claimed she smelled. When asked what she smelled like they couldn't come up with an answer. One time they finally said dog, then switched it to mildew. It was always one particular behavior tech who did this. Not once has anyone ever complained that our daughter smelled. At the end of the day, I am grateful for Total Spectrum for being available when nobody else was and for helping our daughter at least a little. However, they caused us quite a bit of trouble and I am glad to have moved on...
Absolutely horrible company and bcbas. They do not listen to the family. I have way too much documentation stating this. Go elsewhere. Would give them a zero if I could.
