Lifelong Access (formerly Marcfirst) is a comprehensive behavioral and developmental therapy provider serving individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. Founded in 1955, the organization operates the Gregg Chadwick Pediatric Therapy Center in partnership with Carle BroMenn Medical Center, offering specialized services from early intervention through adulthood. The organization delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, and behavioral health services. Clinical services are available through center-based therapy clinics, in-home sessions, and school-based programming. Lifelong Access serves children from birth through age 18 in pediatric therapy, with additional programs supporting transition-age youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The worst place to work! Co-workers are great but the upper management has no loyalty for long time employees and will tell no one nor offer anything to give respect to loyal long- time employees. They are good at walking them out to their car like a common criminal without even a goodbye or thank you.USE TO BE MARCFIRST. Hasn’t changed anything but the name.
Big expensive building but they don't pay their frontline workers enough for their difficult and many times hardtodealwith duties..

Went there 2 days ago to do an application that evening before closing time I felt the bra negative vibe when I met her now mind you I have plenty experience for some reason I quickly got an email early the next morning saying that pretty much wasn't Interested in me i don't believe that they or she even bothered to look me you cause like i said i got that email first thing but your loss!!!!
