Lifelong Access (formerly Marcfirst) is a comprehensive behavioral and developmental therapy provider serving individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. Founded in 1955, the organization operates the Gregg Chadwick Pediatric Therapy Center in partnership with Carle BroMenn Medical Center, offering specialized services from early intervention through adulthood. The organization delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, and behavioral health services. Clinical services are available through center-based therapy clinics, in-home sessions, and school-based programming. Lifelong Access serves children from birth through age 18 in pediatric therapy, with additional programs supporting transition-age youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Beyond direct therapy services, Lifelong Access operates supported employment programs, supported living services, community day programs, and high school transition initiatives. The organization employs over 200 professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians. With headquarters in Normal, Illinois, the organization has expanded its reach throughout the region and continues to serve as a major community employer and provider of disability services.
