What a wonderful, patient, caring, intentional, kind, and interactive crew of physical therapists that work here! They know their stuff and are very interactive and involved with the children in helping them meet their goals. This place has a lot of great equipment and techniques that help children work on their PT skill sets. We had Libby as a PT, she was so wonderful! I learned a lot from her to help my child overcome some neck issues. I would say that the phone system needs to be greatly improved upon. They need more staff manning the lines as it is hard to get ahold of anyone if one has questions. It takes forever for anyone to return a call, answer any questions or concerns or cancellations.
It's been almost 2 months since my son has been referred to this location and I have yet to receive a call back after leaving 2 voicemails. Is this normal? All these good reviews but idk if I should even try anymore Update: no call what so ever. I guess they can pick and choose who they want in their office UNPROFESSIONAL
Lisa at the front desk is absolutely awesome at her job. And of course there are some good therapists and people there, as with any place. But my overall multi-year experience, especially with the management and leadership of this purported center for pediatric "development" has been one of surreptitious parental disrespect and measurable detriment to my children. If you have other therapy options (PT/OT/ST/MH), run to those other options without a second thought.
For 6 years my son has work with over 50 therapists and consultants and only very very few have really made a difference in his life one of them is Adam’s OT therapist Loni (H.G.) is very creative, very persistent, and has a proficiency style that I can confidently say Adam is really learning/is really getting treated! Thank you so much Loni!
I've had two different types of therapy with Schreiber. Both were and are good. Physical therapy when my little bestie was around 15-16 months old. Now at 3+ years. Speech therapy. Which seems to be helping out. He has great interactions with his therapist. Happy the receptionist knows him by name. He gets excited when others recognize him by name. The atmosphere is soft and very inviting for him. Especially the hallway. We size him to most of the colorful hand prints and love reading the names. Extremely glad for the mask wearing help as well. Being only 3 , he sometimes likes to remove his mask. His therapist reminds him and coaches him how to keep us all safe and he only has a 30.minute session which helps alot.
