i usually never write reviews but this place was very unprofessional and gave many red flags. they’re all closed rooms and tight spaces with no windows, cameras, etc. and when questioned about it, they had a poor excuse for it which was weird. when given a tour, none of the employees acknowledged our presence at all and it was just bad vibes all around with the workers seeming really young and stuck up. after we kindly declined and notified them we found a good therapy fit but that we would reach back out if changing our mind, we were hung up on. even the phone call before that same lady seemed to be rude and defensive. i’m just glad they quickly revealed themselves and we found the right, safe place for our kid.
I am so happy to have found Cardinal pediatric Therapies for my child. I love the work they do with the children. My child loves going there. Everyone has been so kind to him and they communicate with me a lot, always keeping me informed about everything. They truly love their work and care about the children. If you are looking for a place where they are genuinely interested in the well-being of children, this is the place for you. Sincerely, a mother who loves her son
I would like to state that while everyone employed at this organization is an individual, this was by far the worst ABA company I have encountered. As a professional in the behavioral health field, I find this company's practices to be very concerning and, in many aspects, bordering on fraudulent. The administrative staff member, Becky, is unprofessional, lacking in competence and empathy, particularly regarding behavioral health and children on the spectrum. Despite obtaining the appropriate co-treatment codes from my insurance and requesting collaboration with speech and occupational therapy, Becky refused my request and subsequently terminated both contracts for my children, making unfounded allegations of verbal abuse against one of the most skilled RBTs I have worked with. These actions were not in the best interest of my children and have caused the professionals involved to leave the organization. I filed grievances, only to be informed that Cardinal conducted their own internal investigation instead of allowing my insurance to directly question the RBTs. Both RBTs I highly valued have left due to the unethical practices they experienced. Additionally, the organization failed to meet my family's needs; the original BCBA resigned, and it appears the company does not adequately support its staff either. I reached out to the founder, but my concerns seemed to be dismissed. My primary goal was to restore the services of my RBTs and to facilitate collaboration with other therapy providers for my children. However, I understand that such requests may be perceived as threatening when a parent emphasizes the importance of proper co-treatment practices and clarifies that this is not insurance fraud—an understanding I am confident of from my experience.
I highly recommend Cardinal for ABA therapy. Cardinal has been amazing for my children. They were able to get therapy started quickly and work around different school schedules. My kids have made so much progress and I give credit to Cardinal’s great BCBAs and amazing staff! The Family guidance sessions have also helped tremendously.
I have been working with Cardinal pediatric therapies for over a month now, and I already see major improvements with my son. I love how they are in consistent communication with me and letting me know what they are working on and how he is improving. The entire organized system they have is very easy to navigate and you can always get quick answers from them about any questions you may have. I am very grateful to have found his therapist! I have enjoyed working with every single one of them. All of them will have your back in the process.
