ABA Rank is an independent, transparent index of Applied Behavior Analysis software and providers, helping clinics, agencies, and vendors get discovered through a public, disclosed ranking methodology. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to grow relationships with software vendors, service providers, and agencies who list and advertise on the ABA Rank platform.

What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of ABA software vendors, service agencies, and providers who could benefit from claiming or upgrading their listing on ABA Rank
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through negotiation and closing for new vendor and sponsor partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across categories like marketing agencies, billing & RCM firms, and practice management software vendors
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate market feedback into positioning, packaging, and pricing improvements
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on business development metrics to leadership
  • Represent ABA Rank at relevant industry events, conferences, and online communities to build brand awareness and generate leads

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or directory/listings business
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain a disclosed, methodology-driven ranking model to prospective partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage a book of prospects with minimal oversight

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) markets
  • Familiarity with marketplace, directory, or review-platform business models
  • Experience partnering with marketing or product teams on go-to-market strategy
