I've used Typeform off and on for years. Always been my favorite site for intake forms. However, now they no longer allow email notifications FOR FREE when someone fills out your form. Who wants to keep checking Typeform everyday for responses? That is ridiculous and to switch over to a paid plan for that one thing is even more absurd. I am so disappointed. Over the years, I have recommended Typeform to my clients as well. I cannot stand behind them anymore.

I’ve been using Typeform for my matchmaking business, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. It makes creating beautiful, user-friendly surveys and quizzes so simple—even for someone who isn’t super techy. I love that I can completely customize the look to match my brand colors—it just feels like me. But what really stands out is the customer service. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or needed help, the team has been so kind and quick to respond. You can tell they actually care, and that kind of support means a lot—especially when you're juggling a million things running a business. If you’re looking for a survey tool that’s professional, polished, and incredibly easy to use, I definitely recommend giving Typeform a try. I’ll be using them again when I relaunch, no question!

Signed up for a free account to poll my students and you can only get 10 responses a month . What a useless service since my school will not pay for it

Unable to get in contact with CS and cancel my subscription. I cannot access my account and there isn't remediation when that's the case as they don't actively service accounts outside of FAQs.

My account was tied to my previous company‘s email address which has been shut down and I cannot find any provision to contact this company through any method, no chat bot, no email, no phone number. Yet I have found that they have continued to charge me month after month for 12 months when I haven’t logged in for a year. There is no way to log into the account, no way to recover or reset my password.
