It is client oriented based company not employees based especially in AR follow up, they will do every possible thing to impress client doesn't matter how much u put efforts u will get no respect, they will put u in this pressure and unnecessary stretch ur health will feel like hell my batchmate who joined with me leaved within 6 month and I was stayed back for 1 year bcz I hv to pay the emi otherwise I would have been resigned way back with my friends, totally biased management, no accountability, if u want to join r1rcm specially in AR follow up join at ur own risk.

worst experience in this company they only waste of time and money . They send mail first and invite you for interview If you don’t have experience according to their company requirements they don’t even take your interview And that lady #Mansi khandelwal has such a rude attitude she doesn’t even know how to talk to people. They provide always less salary compared to the market, My experience is on some package offered I had given interview and also got selected but they delayed me for the offer letter and when they prepared offer they called me and said we have less budget now so we can offer this much only, they reduce 1lakh which was offered on the interview selected day. I was very disappointed and not accepted the offer. Mnc or top mnc do not do such things but some native Indian people who bargain on the local shop they do exactly the same.
