About Qualtrics.
Qualtrics is a general-purpose experience-management and survey platform headquartered in Provo, UT. It is not an ABA-specific data-collection system.
How Qualtrics works.
Qualtrics is a private experience management software company that provides an enterprise-grade cloud platform for collecting and analyzing data across customer, employee, product, and brand experiences. Founded in 2002 by Scott M. Smith, Ryan Smith, Jared Smith, and Stuart Orgill, the company has grown to serve more than 19,000 clients worldwide and is recognized as the creator of the Experience Management category.
The Qualtrics platform enables organizations to gather insights through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data collection tools, then analyze and visualize results to drive business decisions. The software is widely used in academic research contexts and by enterprise organizations seeking to understand and improve stakeholder experiences across multiple touchpoints.
With co-headquarters in Provo, Utah and Seattle, Washington, Qualtrics operates as a privately held company following its acquisition by Silver Lake and co-investors in June 2023, when it was taken private after a brief period as a public company. The organization employs approximately 6,000-6,300 people as of 2026.
Qualtrics' platform supports data collection, advanced analytics, reporting, and collaboration features designed for teams managing large-scale feedback and experience research initiatives. The company serves clients across industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, and government sectors.

I received an unsolicited scammer message with a scammer link from these folks in an app full of scammers sending unsolicited scammer messages. Beware if the individual quickly asks you to leave a social media site to communicate directly, according to the FBI. They also say, "Be careful what you post and make public online. Scammers can use details shared on social media and dating sites to better understand and target you."

Cool, hip and charitable. They aid companies design their surveys and manage their experiences. Whether it’s customer experience, employee engagement, or business analysis, they have many solutions to cover it. A unicorn startup that started in a garage in Utah. It sure has come a long way and succeeded in the surveys market. They have high value customers all over the world

Beautiful campus for an excellent company. If you want to visit the Qualtrics building, make sure to set it up with an employee beforehand. Then when you enter the building, you'll get a nametag and they'll call down the employee that you scheduled an appointment with. As a side note, the company summer party is a blast, so make friends with someone who works there.
