Very disappointing experience! I was using Minitab starting with version 12, and today I found out that a perpetual license of Minitab 18 is just a word without commitment! My laptop crashed, and I could not install the version that I had. Even more disappointing, I have to pay a yearly license equal with what I paid for the initial license. 😰.
