Horrible experience, terrible customer service. I was told I cannot cancel my insurance policy due to the fact that my ex, listed as an occasional driver, hasn't signed off on the cancelation. I was charged the cancelation fee, then they continued to charge me monthly. AIG has been much more reliable.
